Desk Job Blues

So, today was the first day i started my first and hopefully last desk job. It's not even an actual, I show up here to get money, kind of jobs but a work placement for a course in school that I don't like at all.

It was alright. Apart from being way too warm since the heat was blasting in there and I was dressed for the -40 that was happening outside. It was just alright.

And it's the fact that it was just alright that made me even more set in the fact that I never want to end up in a desk job. The idea of sitting at a desk and writing stories is awesome and amazing some day how I make my living. The idea that I have to sit at a desk doing something that's only alright makes me sad.

I only have one life, so why shouldn't I spend it out there in the world doing what I love?

This is the First

And I'm saying that with meaning that this is the first blog that I've created where I've actually posted something. I'm sure that there's a handful of blogs out there that I tried to start but just left after I had come up with a title. Actually I know that there is, but I'm hoping this one will be different.

I'm not too sure yet what I'm going to put up on this blog, some writing maybe, some pictures. I'll just have to see what happens as time goes on.

Mainly I'm hoping that this helps me with getting into the habit of writing almost everyday.
